And really...you can make almost anything fun!
We were absolutely "Swamped" this last weekend at A Vintage Gathering
and guess what...It was FUN!
Art Circus Studio did a Make-&-Take Table
with Slap Scrappy Cuff Bracelets and here's a picture of my
youngest student, Arden, with her masterpiece:
She chose a vintage map print fabric, old key and buttons.
With a mix of dingy pink & green cord for her blanket-stitch
edging. 7 years old and already quite the artist!
I wish I had gotten a picture of her little brother Foster,
who learned how to sew on buttons. Because real men "Can" sew - Dad!

We had our Vintage Gathering mascot, Bessie, to keep us company.
So we visited, sold, ate, made art, smiled and...had FUN!
